To help create an environment that promotes privacy, here are some ground rules on what we do and don’t allow.
What we do allow
1. Host re-entry
During a stay, Hosts may re-enter their property or enter a guest’s dedicated room in a shared stay when the guest gives the Host permission or when there is an emergency.
2. Bookings and Payments
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Property Usage Guidelines
Guests must respect the property and follow the host’s house rules. Any damage caused during the stay must be reported immediately.Illegal activities, parties (unless permitted), or misuse of the property are strictly prohibited.
4. Guest Check-in and Check-out
Follow the check-in and check-out timings specified by the host. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance.
What we don't allow
1. Physical Instructions
Hosts and guests must not access or attempt to access private spaces unless they have permission or there is an emergency.
- In entire-home stays, this applies to the listing itself and its property.
- In shared stays, this applies to shared bathrooms when another person is inside, as well other areas where users have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as a bedroom or private bathroom.
2. Use of another personal property
Hosts and guests must not use the personal property of another unless they are given permission to do so.
3. Non-concensual content sharing
Private information, photos or videos of community members must not be publicly posted unless the subject of the post has given their permission.
