We understand that travel plans may change. To ensure a fair experience for both guests and hosts, the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings.

We understand that travel plans may change. To ensure a fair experience for both guests and hosts, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.


1. Guest Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timing Refund Eligibility
Up to 14 days before check-in Free cancellation.
7–13 days before check-in 50% refund of booking amount.
Within 7 days of check-in Non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Early Departure

Refunds will not be provided for unused nights after check-in.

4. Booking Modifications

Requests to change booking dates or guest details are subject to availability and approval.

5. Host Cancellation Policy

Hosts are expected to honor confirmed reservations and provide guests with a reliable stay experience.

6. Host-Initiated Cancellations

  • Temporary listing suspension
  • Reduced visibility on the platform
  • Penalties or restrictions on future bookings

7. Emergency Exceptions

  • Natural disasters
  • Property damage or safety concerns
  • Government restrictions
  • Serious emergencies beyond the host's control

Supporting documentation may be required.

8. Guest Support

If a host cancels a confirmed reservation, we will make reasonable efforts to assist guests with alternative accommodation options.

9. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Service fees, taxes, or third-party charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

10. Force Majeure

In situations involving natural disasters, travel bans, public emergencies, or government restrictions, cancellations may be reviewed individually.
